A brass charger attributed to Norman & Ernest Spittle, circa 1900.

This brass “hand beaten” charger seems to be a larger size/design of a plaque illustrated in the Norman and Ernest Spittle catalogue which dates to around 1905. It was made in various sizes and materials.

The larger chargers made by the firm are typically 20″ in diameter.
