A E Jones copper candlesticks
A pair of copper and brass candlesticks attributed to A E Jones, circa 1920.
Originally silver plated, these candlesticks lost the plating a long time ago and the contrast of the brass on the patinated copper is very attractive. The hand planished finish and brass decals are typical of A E Jones from this period.
One of the candlesticks is stamped “1767” to the underside. This is a typical A E Jones design number.
Dimensions: 10″ tall and 5″ in diameter at widest point
Condition: Loss of original silver plating
