Francis Cargeeg copper charger

Description

A large hand planished copper charger with typical celtic influenced design, made by Francis Cargeeg, circa 1940.

The charger is not marked with Cargeeg’s “treskele”, an etched and engraved trademark, but a very similar design is in the collection of the National Trust at Lanhydrock House, link below:

Condition:   Minor staining to the surface that could be polished out
